Top Chef Opens Avenel Performing Art Center Restaurant with New Downtown Eatery on the Way
The same award-winning executive chef and restaurateur behind Caroline’s is going to open a new 250-seat restaurant, called “Violette’s,” at the Modera luxury apartment complex in downtown, Mayor John E. McCormac confirmed.
